Casa Seabird at The Hoxton Southwark

From 23rd May, Seabird (the seafood restaurant on the rooftop of The Hoxton Southwark hotel) becomes ‘Casa Seabird’ – a rooftop escape evoking long summers in the Ibizan sun without the plane fare. Think: sprawling city views, fresh, Mediterranean-inspired eats and cooling, tropical tequila tipples from Casamigos. Be transported to the Balearics as the lift doors open into the entrance of Casa Seabird which is adorned with a wall full of tropical plants. Upon entering the restaurant, the bohemian theme continues with a curved, white-washed timber DJ booth where Seabird’s resident DJs will be mixing tunes every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Heading outside to the impressive terrace dressed in an abundance of tropical plants framing sweeping views across London. There’s a series of special cocktails - including ‘Friends in High Places’ – a giant sharing cocktail serving 4-6 people with Casamigos Reposado, Cointreau, Lime and Strawberry - alongside Mediterranean-inspired sharing plates with highlights including sea trout ceviche and whole lobster rice topped with seashore salsa. Twilight Terrace at Pavyllon London

Spark joie de vivre this summer in the heart of Mayfair with the launch of the new ‘Twilight Terrace’ at Pavyllon London’s Bar Antoine, located at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Drawing on multi-Michelin starred Chef Yannick Alléno's Parisian heritage, the terrace effortlessly shifts from a sun-dappled daytime retreat to a beautifully lit evening escape with twinkling festoon lights. Step through the vibrant blue archway with playful neon signage and bask in the picturesque terrace with plush seating, artfully draped canopies and an elegant outdoor bar designed to replicate the iconic kiosks found along the Champs Élysées. Order the Mayfair Royale (made with Bombay Sapphire, St Germain Elderflower, blueberry cordial, Amaro Santoni and Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé Brut 2015) - alongside dishes such as creamy burrata with pistachio and a watercress risotto with crunchy green vegetables.

Villa Minuty at Rosewood London

Minuty brings the French Riviera lifestyle and its uniquely Provençal Art de Vivre to Rosewood London by transforming their summer terrace into Villa Minuty - a coastal pop-up summer restaurant inspired by the iconic Côte d’Azur and reminiscent of Château Minuty’s location on the verdant hillsides of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle. Dine on dishes inspired by the sun-drenched ingredients of the market gardens surrounding Minuty’s estate in the south of France. Highlights include grilled lamb rump with basil red wine jus and salads of fennel, orange, dill and black olive, all paired with Minuty’s latest vintages.
