Two culinary greats are joining forces for a one-of-a-kind counter dining experience at Pavyllon London.

One of the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred chefs, Yannick Alléno, is welcoming esteemed chef Chet Sharma - Chef Patron behind Mayfair’s award-winning Indian restaurant, BiBi. Taking place on the evening of Thursday 6th February (7pm), experience a spectacular six-course tasting menu co-created by the legendary chefs, blending the precision of French gastronomy with the bold flavours of Indian cuisine.

The menu comprises of six courses with complimentary canapés, with Yannick’s plates spotlighting his signature French flair, and premium ingredients and sauces using his famous extraction and cryoconcentration techniques. Chet's creations are inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent and demonstrate his total mastery of spices. 

The Yannick Alléno x Chet Sharma Counter-Culture Dinner is priced at £190 per person. A wine pairing is available at an additional £125 per person.

Scallop with bone marrow, Iberico ham extraction & Oscietra caviar; turbot with razor clams & smoked pike roe; roasted pigeon with black currant gel, dill purée & gratinated foie gras toast and rhubarb with Buffalo milk yoghurt sorbet & Makhir ginger granita.
