The evening (on Tuesday, 15th October 2024) kicks off with an oyster masterclass led by Ben Wright, co-founder of Wright Brothers. Ben will guide guests through the art of oyster shucking, tasting, and pairing, sharing his expertise and passion for the finest shellfish. Following the masterclass, guests will be treated to a seafood dinner showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients. Dishes incude: a rich Bouillebaisse with red pepper rouille and croutons and a election of day boat fish, including grilled Monkfish, Dover Sole Meunière, and Seabass en papillote, served with a variety of sides and sauces. Priced at £150 per person.
