Continuing through Saturday September 5th, the secluded and lush Roof Garden restaurant at the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel will offer a tasty menu of classic American BBQ grilled to perfection. The Peninsula’s rooftop restaurant has stunning views of Century City’s skyscrapers and the hills to the west, which all glow as the sun goes down.
Executive Chef David Codney’s creations showcase his elevated approach to traditional barbequed specialties, elegantly executed. Beer can chicken (whole chicken cooked over a steaming can of beer), baby back ribs and pulled pork are among the meaty choices, while sides are positively decadent including Okinawan sweet potato with bacon, cheddar, sour cream and scallions.
Start the night with a premium tequila cocktail—Casa Dragones tequila is the featured spirit. End the night with S’mores prepared tableside on a small grill.
The atmosphere is chill, the food and service top-notch. This summer U can’t miss this!
