Superiority Burger

New York's love affair with all things vegetable based shows no sign of abating, especially now former pop-up Superiority Burger has opened up shop, offering veggie burgers good enough to turn a carnivore.

Chef and rock drummer Brooks Headley garnered a cult following for his pop-up Superiority Burger, with vegetarians and meat-eaters alike after his quinoa-based veggie burgers - even queuing up on Christmas Day for a bite. And now they're available whenever the masses desire at his first bricks and mortar space.

The tiny spot in the East Village is primarily to-go, but there are also six seats lining the walls if you really can't wait to get your teeth into the Hippy Wrap. Other menu items include burnt-broccoli salad and a vegetarian Sloppy Joe, with vegan macaroni and cheese to come.
