This hotel joins the groups other properties – the stylish, award winning 59-bedroom Zetter Hotel (includes the acclaimed Bruno Bistro Loubet) and the adjacent (just 21 steps away) 13-bedroom Zetter Townhouse (with its award winning cocktail bar).
Building on their reputation of ‘a small hotel with a big personality’ expect - cutting-edge design, quirky vintage-inspired interiors (by Russell Sage Studios) and individually styled rooms influenced by ‘wicked uncle Seymour’ a fictional "electric and colourful" character based on the eccentric great aunt Wilhelmina character which helped define the character and design of the Zetter Townhouse.
On the ground floor, the drawing-room-inspired Seymour’s Parlour is open from breakfast until late in the evening, with menus (of light bites, sesaonal supper bowls and sharing platters) by the Zetter Group’s Bruno Loubet. Menus are for snacking rather than dining. Cocktails, curated by 69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini’s Tony Conigliaro, take inspiration from Seymour’s Grand Tour and the list is peppered with bespoke elements as a result of Tony’s alchemy of spirits and aromatics.
Sensational parties, weekenders and slumber parties.
The Rooftop Apartment, occupying the entire top floor, has its own private staircase, dressing room and roof terrace complete with outdoor roll top bath.
Scotch egg with curry mayonnaise, suckling pig bun with piccalilli and Montgomery Cheddar mac & cheese.
Unique ingredients at Seymour’s Parlour include an extravagant Champagne liqueur created for a cocktail in honour of an appointment with a duchy; and an orris-inspired “powdered notes” for a drink in homage to Seymour’s friend Tom Rakewell - from A Rake's Progress.
