Summer nights in LA are just about perfect for dining al fresco. Every Friday night through September 25, the annual Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) Jazz series kicks off the weekend with a delightful sonic force. Equal to the music are the dining options presented by the museum’s café.

Order ahead for the custom picnic, which comes with a unique perk: a low small table, blanket and pillows set up for guests. Patina Catering is behind the gourmand baskets.
