The state-of-the-art cookery school at luxury rural retreat Lime Wood is led by chefs Angela Harnett (Murano), Luke Holder and Iain Longhorn. Open to all cooking levels, from beginners to culinary professionals, it offers a fun and informal way of learning how to cook.
From 23rd of September, a new series of one-day workshops takes place in The Scullery, with an exciting roll call of chefs taking part. Spend a day in the HH&Co Backstage kitchen with them and cook up some of their renowned dishes. Then sit back and let them do the cooking with their very own pop-up restaurant. Guest chefs include, Jeremy Lee (Head Chef of Quo Vadis Soho), award-winning chef and restaurateur Mitch Tonks and Mat Prowse (from The Seahorse), bestselling author and food writer Sabrina Ghayour and acclaimed chef and author Gizzi Erskine.
A guest chef cookery course costs £260 per person (only 10 places available for each date) for a full day cookery course; and a meal at the pop-up restaurant is £90 per person, which includes a 3-course dinner, Champagne on arrival and wine. For dates and more information visit here.
