The second in the Meets NYC series - which started with Baja Meets NYC - this new festival pairs chefs from New York with compatriots in Puerto Rico for a series of collaborative multi-course dinners.
One of the hot tickets includes multiple James Beard Award nominee Sean Rembold (Reynard) joining forces with La Estacion’s Kevin Roth, for a six-course tasting menu hosted in the private dining room of the Wythe Hotel, with each chef taking on three courses.
But the biggest event is the finale: the Lechon Asado Block Party in the backyard of Bushwick’s trailblazing Roberta’s. Enjoy all-you-can-eat tender, crispy, smoky lechon from Lechonera La Piraña, longaniza sausages from AlCor Foods' Pedro Alvarez, and ceviche from Roth, not to mention tons of rum.
And now Urbanologie members have the exclusive offer of a 10% discount for tickets to any of the dinners (except for those already sold out) using the code IACPPR10. Once the dinner is selected from Eventbrite, an option to add a promo code can be found at the top of the page labeled ‘ticket Information’ - and enjoy.
A taste of the Caribbean.
