Bag an Absolut Elyx Copper Pineapple

These copper pineapples were the drinking vessel of the summer, gracing the hottest cocktail bars and all over Instagram. Well, now you can get your hands on one, and for a good cause too, all in the name of charity Water for People.

Absolut Elyx has embarked on a five-year partnership with charity Water for People, with the mission to deliver access to safe drinking water to 100,000 people. Starting in October, for every Elyx Pineapple sold via Elyx.com ($80), access to safe water will be provided for one month (560 liters) and for every bottle of the luxury vodka sold ($49) - anywhere in the world - they will provide access to safe water for someone in need for one week (140 liters).

First popular in the 60s and 70s, pineapple cocktail vessels made a comeback this year, and have been used in bars such as Tiki Tabu, The Edition and ZZ´s Clam Bar in New York.
