Award-winning bartender John Lermayer creates a collection of swanky signature drinks including Collins Park made with gin Créme de pêche and orange blossom, and Big Banana Julep Banana made with bourbon, rum and mint. Mini lobster rolls pair perfectly with the cocktails any time of the day, but from 4-7pm you can enjoy discounted oysters on the half shell and rose by the glass.
