Pearl's

Sweet Chick has serious chicken and waffle game, so let’s see what the team can do when they’re tackling jerk ribs and fried plantain.

The latest opening from Sweet Chick partner John Seymour and his wife, Fallon, Pearl’s is focusing on Caribbean cuisine in all its tropical glory. Inspired by Fallon’s family cooking from her native Trinidad and Tobago, the menu includes the likes of Trinidadian street food classic bake & shark, stuffed crab back, jerk ribs, and roasted corn.

The space is bright and colorful with bright wall art by graffiti artist Snoeman and a calypso soundtrack, and the big backyard will come into its own come summer.
