Inspired by the success of Chefs Club at the St Regis hotel in Aspen, and hosted by Food & Wine magazine, the location has two separate dining rooms and hosts long-term pop-ups from visiting US chefs and shorter stints from chefs from around the world.
The space, designed by David Rockwell, has a number of quirky features, including an aquarium holding a giant bubbling stockpot, suspended above the entrance, a gigantic chunk of salt hung by ropes, and a collage of portraits of famous chefs’ faces.
The visiting chefs are selected from Food & Wine’s list of Best New Chefs. Coming up on March 17th, Brooklyn's piece of New Orleans, Maison Premiere, will be transforming the Club with absinth-based cocktails and oysters.
A taste of top chefs.
