Riding on the success of Talde, Park Slope and Thistle Hill, chef Dale Talde, David Massoni, and John Bush have submitted plans to the Manhattan Community Board 3 regarding a multi-concept offering at the new hotel in partnership with Joie de Vivre.
Gourmet hot dogs, quirky dim-sum, hand pulled noodles, cocktails and even a space for a DJ and outdoor drinking all feature at the build at 50 Bowery in Chinatown. The top floor pays homage to the city itself, with views as the focal point and decor reminiscent of the parks and streets we recognize as home.
This is Joie de Vivre first hotel first boutique property in New York.
