Founded by DJ and yoga trainer, Jessica Skye, Fat Buddha Yoga is a modern take on traditional yoga, aiming to teach yoga as a way to look after the body as well as the mind. These are high energy classes that focus on healthy, positive living with music mixes to kick-start the day.
In addition, you have the option to complete your morning with breakfast at Coq d’Argent, where they can choose from a menu which includes Greek yoghurt with honey, berry compote, fruit salad or muesli and Smoked salmon and spinach eggs Benedict - alongside vegan options such as crushed avocado and hazelnuts on toast and beetroot and potato rosti with honey dressing.
