Trademark Taste & Grind is the latest spot from the same people who brought you Belle Shoals, Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn and more. Going for a dual-concept, this is the kind of place to start early and stay late.
In the front they offer expert coffee with roasts from Sweetleaf Coffee Roasters using a special MAVAM-UC2 Machine - it's only 1 of 18 in the US and is very exclusive, providing the most stable temperature control on the market. If you're after something a little more substantial, go past the intoxicating coffee smells and find a full restaurant open from 7am for breakfast, running all the way through to dinner, closing at 11pm. The menu, comprised of New American dishes with an Italian influence, is from the mastermind of chef Adrienne Guttieri who is working together with Culinary Director, Chef Jeffrey Haskell to perfect dishes like a 12oz Pork Chop with black garlic, honey plum, & crispy yukon, and a lamb burger with feta yogurt, muhammara, & peperoncini.
The drinks are top of the line also, with carefully selected options executed by cocktail maven and powerhouse Pam Wiznitzer, Beverage Director of The Seamstress in the UES.
