The limited edition (only 15 served each day) Brain Burger features a slice of calf's brain fried in panko breadcrumbs and served with sauce gebriche, homemade mayonnaise & cabbage on a St John Bakery potato & onion roll. Each burger costs £30 and comes with a portion of fries and also a bespoke apron designed by Fergus Henderson. All profits go to Parkinson's UK.
