Expect traditional French cuisine combined with seasonal and global influences from the multicourse, artisanal feast. With her culinary training under some of Paris' greatest chefs, including Pascal Barbot and Iñaki Aizpitarte, Agata is known for focusing on infusing simple ingredients with her creativity and technical prowess. Having recently stepped down from her role at Jour de Fête in Strasbourg, Agata now travels with her knives to cook throughout Europe. Tickets are priced at £69 for the set menu.
