Le Bilboquet Sag Harbour

Known as much for celebrity spotting as their French dishes, this classic Upper East Side hotspot has expanded to The Hamptons.

Known for their classic French fare (and specifically their amazing Cajun chicken), Upper East Side hotspot Le Bilboquet has joined the cool kids and headed to the Hamptons. With this new Sag Harbor location (complete with sprawling patio), you can expect much of the same glamour and buzz that made this a social must in the city.

The menu is very much the same, keeping the French hits coming with dishes like moules marinieres, foie gras, and duck plus of course their famous chicken. The former B. Smith restaurant location has had a complete overhaul and has been called the hottest new Hamptons opening.

A waterfront perch with a view of yachts gives a St. Tropez feel to this Sag Harbor outpost of the legendary Upper East Side restaurant, and the rosé-sipping crowd is dressed to match that vibe. Signatures like crabmeat and avocado salad and Cajun chicken are the go-to choices, but there are new options worth a try like burrata with grilled corn, peaches and pistachios, a Wagyu filet with braised mushrooms and a Nicoise salad with seared tuna.
