How do you start your day? Playing tennis in Hyde park in early hours of the morning is the best way I can start my day, no matter the weather. Checking emails from our customers in Asia and the US, reading the news and checking my social media on my way to the office at about 9 am after having an argument with Uber driver about the best route most mornings
Leisurely lunch go to? Nopi is always great for lunching and brunching. I am a big fan of Ottolenghi's cooking: fresh ingredients, great taste combinations. Love the design of the place too, simple with some great details
Favourite way to pass the time in London? Trying to do as much as possible when I actually get to be out and about rather than stuck in my office. Exhibitions, new places to eat, cinema, theatre, lectures etc. One of the things I do every Saturday is having brunch at the food market by the Saatchi gallery
Favourite London landmark, and why? Mount street gardens, love everything about it: peace and quiet in the middle of Mayfair, a lovely church, a true hidden gem and all my favourite shops close by.
Tipple of choice and favourite cocktail hangout? With the current gin trend I go for gin based cocktails most of the time, bar at the Claridges is one of my favourites for a quiet evening drink, great setting, perfect cocktails and delicious popcorn they serve with the drinks is my guilty pleasure.
Favourite dining destination, and why? Both of my all time favourite restaurants in London have now closed (Nuno's Viajante and Tom Aiken's Chelsea fine dining restaurant), so I am constantly looking for a new favourite. The restaurant I go to most often is Yashin Ocean House, great fish dishes, vast selection of sake.
Final stop for a nightcap, and why? Normally someone's place as most of the venues in London close too early.
Rest hangover remedy? For me, nothing has beaten a good Bloody Mary yet.
Where next on your travel? So far tickets booked for a wedding in Ravello Italy, an anniversary celebration in Riga and Cote d’Azure, hopefully Cuba next as it has been on my top destination list forever.
Favourite thing about Urbanologie? Everything, honestly, sorts out a perfect day in London in a heartbeat.
