BUENAVENTURA

Located at Plaza de la Iglesia de la Encarnación, Buenaventura Restaurant gave new life to a 18th century townhouse with a beautiful garden close to 10th Century Arab Castle Towers wich allows al fresco dining most of the year. This rustic setting enhanced by an open fire, glass-fronted wine cellar and the charming terrace offers traditional cuisine with a modern twist, including several menus, half-raciones and traditionally caught red tuna. 

SKINA

A miniscule restaurant in the old quarter, Skina offers an interesting and bold approach to top quality gastronomy. The contemporary decor, featuring another impressive glass-fronted wine cellar, provides the backdrop for traditionally inspired creative cuisine showcasing meticulous technique and the highest quality ingredients. Chef Jaume Puigdengolas, elaborates a Mediterranean kitchen based on best-choice -products, with a creative touch of avant-garde and modernism, realising an exquisite mixture of contrasts and brinign back the Traditional Andalusia Kitchen.

SANTIAGO

Since its founding half a century ago, Santiago has become a gastronomic reference point, gathering the best seafood from north and south. In addition to its Mediterranean flavors, whose ripples have crossed to London, Chicago, Stockholm or Moscow, it is also a complete restaurant, where tradition and innovation coexist and complement each other. It boasts a classic culinary haunt on the seafront with a bar, an attractively modernised dining room, and a popular summer terrace. 

MESSINA

Large windows at the entrance of Messina lead to an open dining space with a highly contemporary feel. DANI GARCIA

The two Michelin-starred restaurant, is an elegant complex with Andalusian style, in a magnificent subtropical garden that affords privacy. The guest rooms are bungalow-style, spacious and very comfortable, where U can have a full experience in which the food is the undisputed star. The chef prepares dishes with the most advanced techniques, while preserving traditional cooking. His latest creation is the Asteroid B-612 menu, inspired by ´The Little Prince´.

EL LAGO

Located on a relaxing golf course opposite a man-made lake, this contemporary-style dining room, enhanced by a large semi-circular bay window, and several idyllic terraces, is an innovative restaurant that includes creative and imaginative cuisine which inspired on the regional and international cooking. Features a wine celler with over 300 national bottles constantly updated making sure the latest trends are being incorporated.
