Returning from a long absence, acclaimed chef Gary Kunz has returned with a modern steakhouse in Saratoga Springs.

After nearly a decade away, acclaimed chef Gary Kunz is back with a new restaurant in Saratoga Springs. After wowing crowds and raising chefs like Andrew Carmellini and Floyd Cardoz back in the 1990's at his classic New York hotspot Lepinasse, the chef has opened a steak restaurant in conjunction with the newly renovated Adelphi Hotel.

Pared back and simple, this woody room is somehow light and airy allowing you to really focus on the meat at the table because trust us, there is plenty. The menu boasts American Wagyu, Heritage beef, Angus beef, dry-aged and more, all rich in flavor and expertly selected. Not content to just have a couple great steaks, they also have a menu specifically designed to share filled with big plates like king crab legs ($110) and a massive 36oz Tamahawk steak ($135).
