A room full of dark woods, tufted leather banquettes, pressed-tin ceilings and chalkboard menus, Nighthawk is a late-night bar and restaurant concept that serves elevated breakfast-themed fare and cocktails.
The food menu, helmed by Spago-alum chef Greg Schroeppel, includes items such as a breakfast banh-mi bowl, benedict fries, a duck confit hash, a breakfast burger, homemade brandy-infused French toast and chicken, and biscuits. The cocktail list includes spiked cereal milks, a slushy bloody mary, boozy floats, and alcoholic coffee drinks.
Everyone gets a newspaper and a cup of coffee when they enter — the mugs have a box to mark with chalk if you want it spiked — no matter what time of day or night you arrive.
Late night breakfast with a boozy twist
Pan-seared Spam with a cage-free egg and pickled mustard seeds on country bread; French toast soaked in pear brandy and topped with pear compote, mascarpone mousse and powdered sugar maple syrup; Purple potato hash topped with duck confit and Peppadew-habanero relish.
