After several years of testing and perfecting, chef Umber Ahmad is opening a shop in the West Village so U can get those delicious treats in hand.

Pastry chef Umber Ahmad is expanding her online bakery into the real world, opening a brick-and-mortar shop in the West Village. With two years under her belt of slowly growing her fan base with her business partner Tom Colicchio, the time has come to take things to another level.

With a background in first in music, then in finance with Goldman Sachs, she has taken the time to truly refine and perfect her recipes for her signature treats like the Brownie that won over New York's Underground Gourmet, Heavenly Cheesecake (available in a 4" or 9" with a choice of two different crusts), and the Brioche Doughnuts which thus far were only available Wednesdays and Thursdays.

While the entrepreneur has big plans for future growth with thoughts of expanding to LA, Chicago, DC, Texas and more, this first step is delicious for everyone involved.
