Pasta is one of those simple dishes that can go horribly wrong in the blink of an eye and sometimes it's best to leave it to the professionals. Chef Michael White has announced that he has partnered up with UberEats to create the ultimate home delivery service that specializes in pasta, meaning you can have it perfect every time, without ever having to lift a finger - beyond pressing a few buttons, of course.
The dishes will be coming out of the same kitchen as White's acclaimed UES spot, Restaurante Morini, so you know the food is going to be great. The menu is filled with delicious sounded dished like the gnocchetti with roasted butternut squash and kale pesto. Currently, the catchment area is from 26th all the way up to 135th, so if you reside up there, count yourself in for a treat.
This is not White's first foray into the delivery only business: his Soho steak restaurant Costata closed last year after three years and transformed into delivery only, working out of Osteria Morini's kitchen and still consistently bringing properly cooked, delicious meals to their guests to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes.
We'll update when more information becomes available.
