A pupil of Enrique Olvera, in 4 years Jorge has been able to claim the 12th best restaurant in the world according to the 50 best guide. Try to book your table in the terrace, it's a lot cosier than the inside restaurant.
Sud 777 is a contemporary restaurant presenting an extraordinary ambiance by brinign in wood and nature. Chef Edgar Nuñez trained with El bulli and Noma before joining Sud 777. It’s pretty far from the city centre so if you plan to go in the evening, go before 7pm as the traffic on the way is catastrophic . Make sure you go to the terrace before or after dinner to enjoy one of their really good cocktails.
