Bake Bread with Meyers Bageri

In conjunction with the Great Northern Food Hall, get some hands on experience and learn from expert bakers from the bakery by Noma co-founder.

Clause Meyer of world renown restaurant Noma in Copenhagen and The Great Northern Food Hall in Grand Central Station wants U to get more involved in Ur food. Partnering together with Danish bakery Meyers Bageri, who have a number of bakeries in Copenhagen and two here in NYC, they are putting together a series of baking classes so your home can have the amazing experience of freshly baked bread at home.

There are several different classes specializing in different types of bread from traditional rye to whole grain wheat and the delicious cinnamon rolls so distinct in Scandinavian countries called Kanelsnurrer. Work with the Meyers Bageri expert bakers and pastry chefs to learn the tricks of the trade with the scintillating smells, tastes and tactile pleasures of making something with your hands.

Classes run from February through April at the Meyers Bageri Commissary in Long Island City and are $110 a session.
