What started as a popular kosher pickle shop in the Lower East Side has its sights on bigger - and potentially better - sights. Recently they moved house to a new location on Grand Street, where they have a bit more room to sling their cured cucumbers and more. But wait, there's more.
You can have pickles a number of different ways, ready to eat from their little counter restaurant, opening up right next door. Still keeping kosher, this eatery features specifically fried pickles, plus a whole selection of other fried delights like okra, tomato, mushroom and more. While an entire meal of pickles might be a bit much for some (Or just right), they will also have other meal type things like chicken and beef sliders.
The Pickle Guys have been curing pickles in barrels the old school in the LES for 14 years and this is their first venture into the world of restaurants.
