A charming, little restaurant revered for its Anglo-Saxon specialties, Ellsworth is seen as a key disciple of the city's bistronomy movement. Ellsworth is the little sister to Verjus, and the two restaurants share a very similar dynamic to Portland and Clipstone; both have menus committed to the seasons, strive to make as much as possible in-house and break down whole carcasses to share the meat across the two restaurants to ensure no part is wasted.
Expect the menu to include roasted squash pierogi dumplings, a beetroot mille feuille with pear & English mustard, and a unique take on apple streusel. Priced at £40pp. Drinks charged separately.
