But we're most excited about the fresh foodie options at this new hotel, including everything from a healthy cafe, to a chic wine bar. Chival is a contemporary, cosmopolitan restaurant offering an international menu with a nutritious and sustainable twist; the outdoor terrace is as perfect for a goji bowl and freshly ground coffee at breakfast, as it is for sundowners of natural, biodynamic wines.

More grape varieties can be found at Grapeskin, which, as the name suggests, is a trendy vino bar and kitchen where the menu is designed to match your mood - so whether you're 'ready to party', or 'hungry and thirsty', there's a wine-by-the-glass offering here to suit you, accompanied by sharing platters of cheese, charcuterie and seafood. 

For other liquid libations, look no further than LookUp - their poolside alfresco bar that specialises in hand-crafted cocktails, complemented with stunning views of the Dubai skyline. And completing the mix is Graze, a sophisticated yet relaxed gastro grill specialising in josper-grilled prime steaks and seafood, again using organic and local ingredients where possible.
