Nosh and Chow

An international vibe with people from all over the world coming to this restaurant. The decor is Spanish and extremely elegant with an art gallery above the restaurant to peruse before dinner. The kitchen is  based on simplicity, authenticity and respect for the raw material. The menu has a distinct green anchoring with dishes changing after every season, but always with distinctive and straight forward flavours that are to die for (U can't go wrong with the meat sharing platter and their Absolut Elyx Martinis are superb). With an international pulse and a broad audience, there is always a live atmosphere at Nosh and Chow from early mornings to late at night. A well-planned business lunch, aperitif in the afternoon bar, long dinners, carefully selected wines, a spontaneous dinner at the bar, after dinner cocktails, music, party atmosphere and the late nights in the courtyard...U can have it all! 

Bardot

Different from other popular restaurants in Stockholm, Bardot are successfully becoming one of the most elegant restaurants in Stockholm. After renovations, people were apprehensive if changing to a different vibe would be the smart move but now it is always busy and U will need to call in advance to make a reservation. Known for their duck liver and drinks, this has to be added to the bucket list if you are in the capital of Sweden...

Riche

U're exactly where U should be! A great restaurant and bar located in Östermalm where everyone knows everyone. It is the place to be seen at! A personal favourite of Swedish legend, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, this restaurant is loaded with so much history. It offers everything from baguettes and sausages to funky drinks served late into the night. There are two seating areas, one formal and the other a bit more casual. U can't go wrong here as the restaurant appeals to people of all corners, from young and hip adults to the older demographic that have been returning to the restaurant for years and years...

Creme

An Östermalm's restaurant which is known for its food as well as it's ambiance! Their philosophy is based on good food and drink makes people happier and this restaurtant is always packed on weekends. U are in for an experience that makes U come back - often. Originally a cafe, they decided to take the next step and also open for dinner. At Creme, you can now eat breakfast, lunch, and enjoy a tasty dinner.  Their menu is inspired by the food that they know everyone loves and cooked from the best ingredients (U have to try their tartare...) Here U find everything from appetizers to share the well-main dishes, and why not end or begin the evening with a tray of their Swedish cheeses? Their well-stocked wine cabinet offers over 100 wines from the world's various corners. A must!

Strandvägen 1

One of Stockholm's most famous restaurants! The go to restaurant where you have a great view of the water by Östermalm but U must be sure to call ahead and book. The classically modern restaurant is where everyone wants to be seen and everyone wants to try the outstanding meals that include grilled dry aged entrecote with potato gratin, truffle, parsley salad & red vine sauce and skrei cod with beurre blanc, king crab, flowersprout, tomato concasse & potato puree. U can't go wrong!

Nybrogatan 38

Another restaurant in Östermalm which U will need to check out! Intimate and cosy. The restaurant gives off a chalet-esque vibe with an interesting bar and even more interesting drinks on the menu. A great place for a long meal with friends and when U go, the Mac and Cheese starter and the charcuterie plate cannot be avoided!

Operakällaren 

A Michelin-starred restaurant that it located by the Operahouse. A beautiful and classical building with a menu to match! U have several options if U come. Enjoy the restaurant with some fine dining or go to the back pocket bar for a snack. There is also the Opera Cafe which is a personal fave of many Swedes when they go for a coffee or a quick lunch.

Greasy Spoon Södermalm

The perfect place to go after a heavy weekend. Famous in Stockholm for their amazing brunches, there is usually a line that goes out the door as people try and get a table (reservations cannot be made so plan ahead...) Greasy Spoon is located in the hip part of Söder Stockholm where waiters are extremely friendly and accommodating. Be sure to whet your whistle with their Bacon Bloody Marys and everything on their menu is to die for. Dishes include: Blueberry Surprise Pancakes, Lax Eggs Benedict and their weekly special is always a treat...
