Indeed, as the import of wild caviar into Europe is forbidden, the family has been growing its own in Sologne, considered by many, as some of the best in the world. Leaving nothing to chance, La Maison Nordique controls its entire production chain, with an exclusive breeding farm in Sologne that is responsible for optimal growth conditions of 50,000 specimens of sturgeon.
