With World Book Day approaching, Lowndes Bar & Kitchen has unveiled its new Book and Brunch Sundays to add some literary bliss to brunch in Belgravia. The Book and Brunch Sundays bring together the best of the friendly neighborhood restaurant’s new brunch menu with bottomless tea or coffee, fresh juice and a brand new paperback specially selected by nearby Belgravia Books.
Beginning with Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes’ latest novel, 'Belgravia', which takes readers back to the establishment of London’s grandest postcode, the choice of book included in the Book and Brunch Sundays offer will change monthly. Subsequent paperbacks will include award-winning author Rose Tremain’s 'The Gustav Sonata' which was shortlisted for the 2016 Costa Novel Award, 2016 Man Booker Prize-shortlisted 'Do Not Say We Have Nothing' by Canadian author Madeleine Thien and London-based author Rowena Macdonald’s debut novel, 'The Threat Level Remains Severe'.
