Organised by the Clinton Hall crew, this pop-up restaurant will change chefs and menus every two weeks, with some of the countries best chefs manning the stoves.

The crew from FiDi's beer bar, Clinton Hall, is set to take over a two-storey space in Seaport with a really exciting calendar of chefs to feed your appetite. Spread over two storeys, this 40,000 sqft space will feature a satellite version of their original location with 20 rotating beers on tap plus 20 burgers, but it's their side pop-up restaurant that really peaks our interest.

The plan, although still being finalised, is to invite top chefs from around the country to take over the restaurant, which will feature its own separate entrance. Every two weeks, a new chef will come in with an entirely new menu to either bring their own vision to the place or to bring a mini version of their existing venues. Although no chefs have been confirmed, the Clinton Hall team are currently in talks with chefs such as Dale Talde, Andrew Carmellini and Harold Dieterle.

The Seaport popup will open sometime in June and remain open through the end of the year.
