Brendan Sodikoff, the Chicago-Based hospitality guru of Au Cheval, brings his carnivorous eatery, 4 Charles Prime Rib, to NYC. Posing as a supper club and encased in wood panelling, the intimate West Village den accommodates the very best leather upholstery, vintage light fixtures and original artwork all paying homage to the historic building in which it resides.
The menu focuses on a variety of prime ribs each sold in three sizes, English-cut ($39), Chicago-cut ($67) and 4-Charles ($76) with a dry-aged steak option. ($70). An assortment of seafood, as well as an extensive list of strong cocktails and fine wines, are also available.
