Imagine a tropical island paradise (Thameside!) with a white sandy 20 metre beach (in Fulham!) complete with palm trees, colourfully painted beach huts, day beds and swings. Beachside, there will be a host of street food stalls which include: the UK's first, duck only restaurant - The Duck Truck; Mexican street food by Taco Dave from Leytonstone and Le Rach Shack who specialise in raclette, the French Alpine delicacy.
Bring your own booze and their 'Unleaded Bar' provides you with the cocktails (from classic Mojitos to Porn Star Martinis) and mixers for you to add to your 'Lead'. Just pay the £5 entry as corkage. Alternatively book (from £40) a personal cocktail barman who will mix summer tipples at your own table (for up to 2 hours).
Beach huts (from £50), day beds, communal (and covered) feasting tables and petanque courts available for reserved groups of 6 or more. In addition, there is plenty of free seating available on-site, with tables held back if you have pre-purchased entry tickets. Open Wednesday to Friday: 6pm-11pm, Saturday: 12pm-11pm & Sunday: 12pm to 9.30pm.
