How do you start your day?
I like to make breakfast for my girlfriend and I. Classical music on in the background, black coffee and then make a daily to do list. I am heavily reliant on routine during the week to keep me feeling calm and focused.
Leisurely lunch go to?
Should time be on my side I love The Ivy Chelsea Garden. It’s a real oasis of peace and tranquillity. Nothing beats a sunny afternoon with a magnum of Rose and your best friends to share it with.
Favourite way to pass the time in London?
Walking. London is the most beautiful city and given my long legs and fondness for the outdoors I try and walk almost everywhere I go.
Favourite London landmarks, and why?
Albert Bridge. I find it most stunning lit up at dusk on a beautiful evening. It encapsulates everything I love about London.
Tipple of choice and favourite cocktail hangout?
I often find myself in Alberts in South Kensington knocking back Vespa’ Martinis. I also love the bar at The Lanesborough for a whisky. Finally if its just beers then The Nags Head in Belgravia is a seriously cool pub. No one knows about it, a proper hidden gem.
Favourite dining destinations, and why?
I am obsessed with Japanese food. Kiru in Chelsea is on a separate level. Their head chef Taiji has created something truly spectacular.
Final stop for a nightcap, and why?
Our house! We just moved to Notting Hill, so are really enjoying having people over. We keep the house well stocked with Royal Salute and Nyetimber.
Rest hangover remedy?
Should it be a post Glastonbury hangover I would recommend a vitamin drip at Revive followed by a trip to The South Kensington Club spa. I start off by purging the toxins from my body in the sauna whilst simultaneously downing litres of water. Then a green juice and a proper breakfast. Should be good as new.
Where next on your travels?
I love Europe in the summer so will be in the Greek Islands and also Provence.
