Fontainebleau’s eatery, Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina, will be hosting a four-course prix-fixe Tequila Revolución pairing dinner complete with Mexican-inspired dishes and delicious craft cocktails made with Tequila Revolución’s Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo varieties. The exclusive dinner will take place on May 18 at 8 pm. The menu – featuring carefully paired dishes by Chef de Cuisine Timothy Elmore includes – elote, carne asada tostada, la cabra and Mexican chocolate flourless cake.
Tickets will run U $85 per person.
