This Marais watering hole institution is crossover between a trendy French cocktail bar and classy New York joint.

The atmosphere at this Marais institution is relaxed and luxuriously adorned with leather couches, huge mirrors, and dim lighting. 

Yet, the best part of Sherry Butt is it’s cocktails and alcohol selection. The bar boasts a distinguished selection of whiskeys the world over, as well as 11 well-orchestrated cocktails. 

We love the 'Belle en Bulle’ made with pisco, pear syrup, lemon and Champagne; the ‘Yuzu Yuzu’ created with gin, Japanese citrus spirit; and the sweet ‘Frangipane’, rum, cognac, Champagne, barley syrup, lime and bitter chocolate. If U like Japanese whiskey try the bitter ‘Shimbashi’ made with Japanese whisky, Fino sherry, bitters. All cocktails are offered at a reasonable price of €12-€13. 

If hunger strikes there is a European fusion cuisine menu on offer, but good luck trying to find a place to sit as Sherry Butt is quite a favourite with the trendy Marais locals.
