The Queens-based butcher shop cum barbecue restaurant with a meat-centric menu now has a Manhattan location on the Lower East Side.

Pitmaster Matthew Katakis is again working with Texan Executive Chef Orlando Sanchez to manage the overall barbecue program, which features tons of smoked meats from the on-site wood smoker ranging from beef brisket to smoked pork belly and everything in between. The meat feast continues with charcoal-cooked steaks like a Bone-In Ribeye and Bekshire Pork Chops, and don’t miss the forthcoming game menu with meats including bison, venison and wild boar.

Chopped brisket sandwich, barbecue chicken tacos, fried pickles, and a bone-in ribeye. Smoked meats from the butcher include turkey, pulled pork, brisket, and pork belly.
