The Ultimate Gourmet BBQ Kit from 34 Mayfair

34 Mayfair has just launched a new gourmet barbecue box containing everything you need for the ultimate, gourmet barbecue this summer! Each kit contains a selection of recipes for mains, salads and a dessert suggestion for a truly gourmet barbecue, plus some useful equipment and store cupboard essentials such as American spice mix, olive oil and Spanish spice rub. The boxes are priced at £50 and are available to purchase from The Mount Street Deli. Renowned for serving up some of the finest grill dishes in the capital, the kitchen at 34 Mayfair pivots around a giant Argentinian parrilla grill. 

Rivea London On-The-Go

Rivea London at Bulgari Hotel has created a takeaway lunch, with a selection of bites from Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas available to enjoy on the go for the very first time. Choose from a selection of salads, sandwiches, desserts and a drink to takeaway and enjoy at your leisure in nearby Hyde Park. Mains include salads inspired by the street markets of Provence, including Buffalo mozzarella, Tomato datterino and basil, Rivea London’s salad with socca crisps, and soft boiled egg with Provence-style vegetable caponata. Sandwiches made with traditional Tigelle bread will include pesto, rocket and parmesan, Parma ham, and smoked salmon with fennel. Priced at £19, the gourmet lunch boxes are available until 31st August. Order between 11:30am - 2:30pm and pick up your order 45 minutes later from Il Bar, Bulgari Hotel London.

La Fromagerie

Order this luxry hamper from La Fromagerie's website, then pick up from Marylebone or Highbury and enjoy in the open air. The hamper contains three types of cheese, like a Saint Domnin 'Lavande', and plenty of extras like a bottle of Brut Champagne, Secret Smokehouse salmon, caviar & blinis, La Fromagerie biscuits and sorrento lemon to finish it all off. Costing £245 (including a bottle of Champagne and rosé), hampers must be ordered in advance. 

The German Gymnasium

This summer German Gymnasium are channeling Berlin cool with a range of contemporary picnic hampers created in partnership with Wines of Germany. Make like a Berliner and enjoy the hampers (priced from £64) in the best urban outdoor locations, from nearby Granary Square to Regent’s Park, or indulge on the Grade II listed restaurant’s own terrace (available until 10th September). Each picnic is served in a modern steel hamper complete with wayfarer-style sunglasses for two. With three varieties (Sekt, Riesling & Pinot Noir) to choose from, each has been designed to highlight a different German wine, available to order by the bottle or the glass alongside an assortment of German delicacies (such as Bavarian Giga rolls). 

Dukes

Enjoy a relaxing picnic by Mayfair's Dukes Hotel in the nearby Royal Parks, including butler service and a hamper of delicious food, including some British favourites (such as poached Loch Duart Salmon & new potato salad with tarragon mustard). Your butler will meet with you on arrival and supply the rug, set up all your treats and serve your drinks, then leave you to enjoy your time outdoors. Enjoy the delights of the sunshine with a picnic (vegetarian and child-friendly options as well) in the park from £39.50 per person.
