Minnie's

A family-inspired American neighbourhood restaurant on the Lower Eastside from Millie Stallings and chef John Keller.

Paying homage to her family, it is the debut from the daughter of hotelier Paul Stallings, who owns Hotel on Rivington and the Clinton Street building that now houses his daughter's restaurant. Involving her mother in the project, the restaurant’s interior is a mother-daughter job, with a blue and gray color scheme, large windows and hand-made pillows with nude figures by illustrator Angela McKay.

The menu is executed by Chef John Keller and offers approachable new American fare, including the signature John's Burger & Fries, which is made from ground brisket and topped with fontina, onion compote and pork belly on toasted brioche.

And don’t miss the pink birthday cake and cookies made by Stallings's sister Cooper.
