Oma-Sake Dinners with Nobu Matsuhisa

Nobu Matsuhisa is joining forces with Fumio Hazu of Hokusetsu Sake Brewery to host two intimate gourmet dinners.

Taking place on Friday 22nd February at Nobu Shoreditch and Saturday 23rd February at Nobu Berkeley Street, indulge in two specially crafted multi-course tasting menus paired with a premium selection of sakes from Hokusetsu, who have been making sake for more than 140 years and have exclusively supplied Nobu restaurants across the world for over three decades.

Get a taste of true Japanese culture with traditional and contemporary live performances during the dinners, and take home a signed copy of Nobu’s latest cookbook - World of Nobu. The Oma-Sake dinners are priced at £175 per guest, which includes eight courses with six paired sakes.
