Burger & Lobster

The British chain, which specializes in - U guessed it - burgers and lobster, has opened its second NYC outpost off Times Square.

Located on the second floor of One Bryant Park, next to the Stephen Sondheim Theater, Burger and Lobster’s second restaurant will appeal to tourists and locals alike.

The space is decorated with lobster traps nods to NYC and the neighborhood, such as theater-inspired lighting fixtures, theater masks as well as large spotlights throughout the bar and Broadway quotes around the restaurant. Then there’s a large lobster-and-burger-parts sculpture hanging from the ceiling, created by a local artist.

The food offer, overseen by Executive Chef Danny Lee, features the usual menu items as well as some dishes only available at this Times Square location, including the Po’ Boy lobster roll, with corn-crusted fried lobster clusters and a spicy remoulade. Other new menu additions include Burger Bites and Lobster Bites, tiny bite-sized pieces of beef or lobster wrapped in puff pastry.
