The 32-year-old pastry chef, who previously worked at luxury hotels le Burgundy, le Prince de Galles and Eden Rock Saint-Barthélémy, has now opened his first shop in the 10th and the locals couldn't be happier.
Hailed as a rising star of pâtisserie, his namesake venue is constantly buzzing with clients who seem to have a hard choice deciding between his popular Madagascan vanilla mille-feuille or the creamy meringue pavlova topped with red fruits. Just one word of advice: be quick to decide between them as he only makes fifty per day of each.
You can also settle comfortably for a coffee, fresh orange juice and Viennoiserie (€9) but we recommend you play Marie Antoinette and order the kind of cakes U might imagine decked-out her afternoon tea table.
