Raviolo

Marrying Italian food and dim sum, this West Village restaurant from the owner of Mulino a Vino, is the perfect spot for group dining.

A venture from Paolo Meregalli, Raviolo’s menu reinvents traditional Italian dishes serving them in “one or two bite delights”. The restaurant, located on Bleecker, is open for brunch and dinner, and the interior features a very instagrammable neon sign reading: “Life Is A Combination Of Pasta And Magic.”

The bite-size menu reinvents Italian classics like carbonara, cacio e pepe and vitello tonnato. But don’t think of this as just a ravioli bar; Raviolo is putting equal importance on its beverage program including a Bubbles Bar and Gin & Tonic Bar meant to compliment each dish and offer something for everyone.
