From the 9th November to 31st December, Jimmy and his team are creating the ultimate cosy escape from the winter cold. Whether it's an evening of private dining with close friends in their private (and heated) igloos (for up to 10 people), or tucking into a festive set menu of winter favourites on the 1st floor rooftop ski-chalet chic lodge restaurant - Upstairs Refuge - complete with fire pit and heated bar area serving up a fantastic array of hot toddies and cocktails and dishes such as fondue and wild Scottish venison. Open Monday to Sunday, 11am to 11pm.

Traditional Alpine fondue with a selection of artisan charcuterie, new potatoes, bread & side salad and The Lodge Raclette Burger’ with Aberdeen Angus beef, raclette cheese, pickles, onion chutney, brioche bun, Jambon Cru & roast garlic mayo.
Hot Winter Mojito - a winter take on a classic, with rum, apple juice, mint & lime; Butter Rum with spiced butter, rum, pineapple and topped with meringue and Beefy Bloody Mary - a take on a classic Bloody Mary made with beef stock.
