From the 9th October to 30th December, Jimmy and his team are creating the ultimate cosy escape from the winter cold. Whether it's an evening of private dining with close friends in their private (and heated) igloos (for up to 10 people, from £400 minimum spend), or tucking into a festive set menu (from £45 per person) of winter favourites on the first floor rooftop ski-chalet chic lodge restaurant - The Log Cabin Refuge - complete with fire pit and heated bar area serving up a fantastic array of hot toddies, feastive cocktails and dishes such as fondue and baked Mont Dor . Open daily, 11am to 11pm.

French onion soup with confit garlic and gruyere crouton; Jimmy’s signature fondue with sourdough baguette, pickles, mixed green salad mixed charcuterie; garlic and thyme baked Mont Dor and stone cooked flat iron steak with fries, mixed green salad.
Hot Winter Mojito - a winter take on a classic, with rum, apple juice, mint & lime; Butter Rum with spiced butter, rum, pineapple and topped with meringue and Beefy Bloody Mary - a take on a classic Bloody Mary made with beef stock.
