Eleven Madison Park

The world's best restaurant reopens with a menu of entirely plant-based cuisine.

Eleven Madison Park, one of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants is going vegan. The iconic three-Michelin-starred New York restaurant has gone completely plant-based - with a 12-course menu' - all $335 per person of it - consisting of entirely plant-based dishes. The only exceptions to EMP's 100-percent plant-based rule will be milk and honey for coffee and tea.

Eleven Madison Park is one of New York City's most popular fine-dining establishments, where Chef Daniel Humm marries the latest culinary techniques with classical French cuisine - served in a high-ceilinged Art Deco space - once the lobby of the landmark Metropolitan Life building.
