KYU - Wynwood Mule

Steven Haigh, general manager and partner at KYU, says he worked with his team of mixologists to create the signature drink reflective of the restaurant and neighborhood beyond. The cocktail is served in a custom tin can wrapped in KYU's entryway mural by local artist Dos Alas to pay homage to Wynwood's soulful grit. The pineapple is smoked in-house as wood-fire is at the heart of Chef Michael Lewis' menu, and a recycled paper straw nods to KYU's commitment to sustainability.

Komodo - Ginger Passion Fruit Mule

Cocktails with a side of celeb sighting? Stop by David Grutman’s celeb hotspot Komodo, located in the center of Miami’s booming Brickell neighborhood, for this next-level mule. The Ginger Passion Fruit Mule is made with Belvedere Vodka, Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur, yuzu, passion fruit purée, and mio sparkling sake.

Sushi Garage - Lychee Mule

Sip on Sushi Garage’s twist on the traditional mule with the Lychee Mule, made with Grey Goose, lychee purée, lime juice and ginger beer!

Lima Restaurant at Atton Brickell Miami - Lima Mule

This mule brings the flavors of South America to Miami’s bustling of Brickell. Enjoy a blend of Peruvian Pisco, ginger beer and lime juice.

Bulla Gastrobar: Coral Gables and Doral - Moscow Mule

Joel Mesa, head mixologist at Bulla Gastrobar, describes Bulla’s Moscow Mule as a simple yet unique take on the classic. His version includes cardamom and currant-infused simple syrup that provides a spicy twist, Fever-Tree ginger beer, a lime wheel, and candied ginger on a skewer as a fun garnish to complete the sweet and spicy cocktail.
